Terrier found. White blond with brown spots.

Found male small white terrier with brown spots in Pacoima, long hair and long tail. Two cherry eyes. Very hungry. Gave food and water and scanned but he doesn't have a microchip. Near El Dorado and Pierce at 7:20 pm. He's very mangey. We found him while searching for Mushie and have secured him in my car after luring him in.
