Female cat 10 month old looking for the rescuer.

Contact: Queti Importa on FB I found this little (approx) 10-month old girl in the city of Paramount. It seems like she doesn't have an owner. I've contacted some rescues and no one has been able to take her so far. I'm not in a place where I can take on this financial responsibility (looks like she needs surgery for that eye). Does anyone know a rescue that can actually take her? One of them recommended animal control but I'm thinking she's going to be put down if I do that.
