Orange tabby male shorthair domestic found in Lake Forest

Sarah Banos on FB I found this guy yesterday on 01/26 around 5 pm in lake forest on Normandale dr and osterman rd. It was raining and he was hungry so I took him in. He's super sweet and ran right up to me when I approached so I want to assume he has/had a home. If anyone recognize this cat pls let me know. I also asked around the neighborhood but so far no one recognizes him. UPDATE: cat doesn't have a microchip and is not neutered.
