Found Bulldog gray tan white colors

The dog is still there, it's on Mona Blvd and Hatchway in Compton. Is there anyone that can help? The person that reached out to me is a kid and he can't hold the dog. He is however going to try to find a box or something it can put out for the dog as well as food and water. This area is right next to the Alameda train tracks where animals have already been removed due to concern for their safety. That being said, I am concerned that this dog is a street down from there.
